We love our customers and would like to provide the best services for them, for this reason, we do allow exchanges for defective products.


Our hair is FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. NO returns.

Exchanges can be made if the item is defective. If you notice your product to be defective, please contact us at IMMEDIATELY within 3 business days. If your item is defective we will allow an exchange. We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. The hair cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in any way. If our company decides to take your product back, we will notify you and you are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your exchange to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for exchanges to protect both the buyer and our business. If you send an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we ARE NOT responsible. Please allow 5-14 days processing for exchanges.


After an order is placed please allow 2-4 business days to process and verify credit card authorization.Generally, shipping takes about 5-9 business days. When your order is shipped we will email you with a tracking number. We only ship to the address you provided during checkout. After orders are placed we are unable to change shipping addresses. ALL ORDERS MUST BE SIGNED FOR. In the event that your package is left at the post office after several delivery attempts and comes back to us, we will notify you via email. We are not responsible for carrier delays from the post office, natural disaster delays, or delays due to the holiday.
